About Reka Rocks

We help people reach their full potential.

With our R.O.C.K. Wellness Program, we will be able to ensure and secure quality wellness classes, seminars, workshops, and conferences that will be free or affordable to Mecklenburg County, North Carolina residents. The R.O.C.K. Wellness Program will implement the eight dimensions of wellness, which include emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, occupational, spiritual, social, and financial well-being. R.O.C.K. Wellness seeks to “Rebuild our Community (with unlimited) Knowledge” one resident at a time.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to provide the foundation for our clients to realize their vision, goals and plans to expand their purpose.

Our Philosophy

Everyone has a purpose!

We believe the creator gave every person a purpose and plan that they must seek to fulfill. This will allow them to thrive and live every aspect of their lives with hope and promise.

How we help

We start with a simple consultation!

Our journey begins with a consultation to determine where our clients are, what their goals are, what barriers exist and how we may help them with resolution.

Who we help

How you can help

Support our mission and programs.

Since our inception in 2015, Reka Rocks has been a nonprofit organization that relied on the generosity of donors and in-kind partners. We have been able to offer services to a limited number of clients but feel blessed to have had the opportunity. We aim to expand and assist more clients through strategic partnerships and referrals. While our services are always free to our clients, it costs $2,000 per client for a year of programming. This includes all of the printed materials, supplies, and administrative costs.
